Office Oasis: In the office, vibrant energy meets creativity. Bright green cabinets dance in harmony with a captivating green dragon wallpaper. Calcutta gold countertops, like a crown, add durable sophistication, complemented by the embrace of buttery brass hardware. A haven for productivity & inspiration! 

Lavish Laundry Retreat: Black & white checkered marble floors grace the laundry room, a flurry of contrasts & timeless beauty. Lavender-painted cabinetry color matched to the Japanese pine tree wallpaper, invites tranquility. Brushed brass & Calcutta gold quartz counters contrast perfectly against a cool lavender forest wallpaper. This Laundry transformed into a luxurious escape! 

Grand Entryway: The entryway unfolds like a story, with elegant robins egg blue trim & built-in cabinetry adorned with brass pulls. Light fixtures & Calcutta gold quartz countertops grace this space, while natural weave & leaf silhouettes invite nature & vibrance from outside. An entrance that whispers luxury & vitality!
 
Powder Room Paradise:  The powder room is a canvas of nature's beauty. A green & navy scene of birds amidst deep blue/green foliage transports you to a tranquil forest realm. Gold & brass mirrors & plumbing hardware provide the contrast, invoking stately elegance. A fluted style cabinet, finished in a striking red paint, adds a touch of regal charm. This transformation journey began with a meticulous repair of the subfloor beneath the toilet, rectifying a slow water leak in the sewage pipe. ? The foundation secured, we set the stage for a breathtaking design featuring an ornate Spanish-style tile in mesmerizing shades of blue, white, and gray. ? Witness this lavish tile extending seamlessly from the floor up the back wall of the shower, creating an illusion of expansiveness that elevates the entire space.

Step into a realm of elegance with en vogue blue marble print Italian porcelain adorning the shower's side walls, a testament to refined taste and unparalleled sophistication. ? Let's start with the focal point of the living room - the fireplace. We've given it a contemporary makeover by adding dolomite inlaid w/brass , infusing it with a touch of modernity that elevates the entire space. Paired with walls painted in a soft Dover White, the room instantly feels more expansive, creating an inviting ambiance that beckons you to unwind & relax.

Now, onto the Master Bathroom - a sanctuary of serenity & indulgence. Every detail has been carefully curated to evoke a spa-like experience, starting with a brushed gold chandelier that casts a warm glow over the space. The floors, adorned in Andover White polished tile, extend seamlessly from floor to ceiling, bathing the room in natural light & creating an airy atmosphere that soothes the soul.

No luxury bathroom is complete without thoughtful touches, & ours is no exception. Brass gold finishes adorn the cabinetry pulls, adding a touch of opulence & refinement. The regal misty blue paint graces the cabinets & is cohesive with the blue marble on the shower floor, showcasing an air tranquility & sophistication.

The pièce de résistance of this bathroom oasis is the shower. An accent of Blue forest hexagon tile adds a playful yet elegant touch, creating a visual focal point that delights the senses. With brand new glass encompassing the new gold hardware shower, every shimmer & sparkle is on full display, beckoning you to indulge in a luxurious bathing experience tailored just for you.

As if that wasn't enough, we've also transformed the walk-in closet into a stylish haven of organization. By adding French doors that open into the bathroom, we've seamlessly integrated the two spaces, creating a cohesive & convenient layout that enhances the overall flow & functionality of the master suite.

In conclusion, our Master Bathroom & walk-in closet renovation, paired with the fireplace upgrade, is a testament to our commitment to creating spaces that transcend the ordinary & inspire the extraordinary. Welcome to the epitome of modern luxury and style - newly by Delano Designs, your premier Atlanta-based design firm!  Prepare to be dazzled as we take you on a journey through this stunning space, where every detail has been meticulously curated to perfection.

Our journey begins with a fresh coat of white paint adorning the walls, instantly brightening and revitalizing the entire home. Every door received a touch-up, ensuring a cohesive and polished look throughout.

Step into the main floor, where an open floor plan beckons you to explore. In the kitchen, prepare to be wowed by a seamless blend of style and functionality. We started by installing new stainless steel appliances, bringing modernity and efficiency to this culinary haven. The cabinets received a fresh coat of white paint, creating a clean and timeless aesthetic.

But the details truly make this kitchen shine. A striking backsplash with dark grout adds depth and drama, perfectly complemented by matching matte black hardware finishes and plumbing fixtures. To bring this space into the 21st century, we removed the outdated popcorn ceiling and added a wood panel, creating a focal point that exudes warmth and sophistication.

But the pièce de résistance of this kitchen? The unique island pendant lights with exposed lightbulbs, adding an industrial edge that sets the tone for the entire space. To complement this look, we opted for LVT flooring, adding durability and style to the kitchen.

In the bathroom, prepare to be transported to a spa-like oasis. A beautiful shower awaits, adorned with a stunning mixture of tiles that intertwine seamlessly. calcutta  Gold Porcelain tile graces the walls, perfectly paired with Montpellier Oak wood plank porcelain tile flooring. A black matte hexagon small tile adds a touch of contrast and visual interest, tying in with the large hexagon black tile that runs through the bathroom. Plumbing fixtures are updated to matte black, echoing the sleek elegance of the kitchen.

To complete the transformation, we updated all the light fixtures with unique fan-look-alike flush mounts, adding a touch of contemporary flair to every corner of the home.

Welcome to the epitome of chic sophistication, courtesy of Delano Designs - your premier Atlanta-based interior design firm! ? Our latest project seamlessly marries modernity with timeless elegance in a stunning kitchen & bathroom renovation that will leave you breathless.

First on our agenda was to infuse the entire home with a fresh, cohesive look. We gave the trim & doors throughout a bold new coat of black paint, instantly adding depth & character to the space. All the walls were painted a crisp white, serving as the perfect canvas for our master vision to unfold.

In the kitchen, prepare to be captivated by the bold contrast of colors & textures. The cabinets were painted in two tones, with the top cabinets boasting a classic white & the bottom cabinets adorned in a vibrant deep blue, exuding personality & charm. Brushed gold hardware cabinet pulls add a touch of glamor, perfectly complementing the new faucet & stainless steel appliances.

To tie the look together, we opted for a timeless white subway tile backsplash & replaced the countertops with sleek white quartz, adding a modern touch to the space. The pièce de résistance? A statement light fixture that brings the entire room to life, adding warmth & ambiance to this culinary haven.

In the bathroom, we continued our theme of sophisticated elegance. A fresh coat of black paint on the walls & ceiling serves to make the space more intimate & moody. It also serves as excellent contrast for the stunning round gold trim vanity mirror & half subway tile wall with black grout making the design flow. The vanity light matches the kitchen flush mount, cohesive through the space.

The new vanity itself received a makeover, with the countertop in matching white quartz. The shower was updated with the same white subway tile as the kitchen, paired with a dark grout to blend the paint color, adding drama & sophistication. To add a spark of personality, we opted for a striking black & white tribal pattern tile for the floor, tying the entire space together with effortless elegance.

Every detail, from the brushed gold hardware & plumbing fixtures to the carefully curated design elements, has been meticulously selected to create a space that is as functional as it is breathtakingly beautiful. Welcome home to luxury living at its finest.

First on the agenda was a complete countertop upgrade, and what better choice than delicate Calacatta Gold Quartz? This exquisite choice not only elevates the aesthetic of the kitchen but also infuses it with a touch of luxury and refinement.

To add a pop of color & modernity to the space, we opted for the captivating Morela Cassis Stella tile for the backsplash above the stove. Its intricate pattern and subtle hues effortlessly complement the Calacatta Gold Quartz countertops, creating a harmonious visual symphony.

But the pièce de résistance of this kitchen transformation? The fully upgraded island. Painted in a muted navy blue hue, it exudes sophistication and adds a bold yet elegant focal point to the room. The addition of a butcher block countertop brings warmth and texture to the space, balancing out the sleekness of the quartz countertops.

In keeping with the client's preferences, we maintained the existing hardware finishes, including nickel & white cabinet pulls. This ensures continuity with the previous design while adding subtle touches of contrast & sophistication.

The first step in our renovation journey was to remove a wall, opening up the kitchen space to create a bright & airy open floor plan. This not only enhances the flow of the home but also invites in an abundance of natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere for gatherings & culinary adventures alike.

Central to our design concept is the addition of a striking new kitchen island, meticulously crafted to become the focal point of the room. To ensure cohesion with the existing aesthetic, we matched the island's countertop with the same luxurious Quartz found throughout the kitchen, creating a seamless transition between old and new.

Attention to detail is paramount in every aspect of our design, which is why we meticulously selected black hardware to match the existing fixtures, tying the entire space together with a sophisticated and cohesive look.
No kitchen renovation is complete without the perfect lighting solution. To complement the kitchen's flush mount, we added two new island pendants, creating a harmonious lighting scheme that not only illuminates the workspace but also adds a touch of elegance and charm.
To inject personality & depth into the space, we opted for wrought iron gray bottom cabinets, creating a captivating contrast with the top cabinets and infusing the kitchen with a modern yet timeless appeal. This bold choice adds a pop of color and visual interest, elevating the overall design aesthetic.
But we didn't stop there - to add a playful & unique touch, we incorporated a mosaic tile flooring design that serves as both a functional element & a visual focal point. This fun addition not only delineates the different areas of the kitchen but also adds a touch of whimsy & personality to the space.
