Delano Designs renovated my master bathroom after it needed to be completely redone (because old houses are gonna do old house things). They did everything from demo to subfloor repair, tilework, painting, and design of the whole space. The design is gorgeous! Ryan was receptive and helpful since I definitely didn't have concrete ideas on what I wanted to do. He came up with a beautiful design and we enjoy the space every day!
The final install contractors were problematic and caused a huge leak under the house by using the wrong parts and also installing other parts improperly. However, as soon as I discovered the issue a couple of months later, I let Ryan know and he sent guys out to fix...

When an unforeseen issue arose, they handled everything very swiftly and professionally. What could have been a disaster ended well, and Ryan was very communicative, focused, and problem-solving throughout. His team is friendly, on time, and very easy to work with.
