Havalyn Lane Residence

This bathroom remodel transformed a dated space into a more refined, spa-like retreat. The project began with necessary subfloor and plumbing repairs before moving into a full design update with layered blue, white, and gray tilework.

A Spanish-style patterned tile carries from the floor up the shower wall, creating a stronger sense of height and continuity. Blue marble-look Italian porcelain, matte black hardware, oak accents, and a hex shower floor add contrast, warmth, and texture while keeping the space cohesive and calm.
