Conceptual Design

The next step is the Design Agreement and Conceptual Plans. After our in-home consultation and upon signing the Design Agreement, our talented design team creates a scaled conceptual design for your new space. This phase includes layout ideas, detailed dimensions, space planning, and inspiration visuals to convey our creative vision. Alongside the design, we develop a comprehensive budget for each project component. As a luxury Design/Build firm, we address project costs from the outset, managing expectations and keeping designs realistic. We revisit your home to present the design and budget, helping you visualize the transformation within your existing space.

Refining and Revising

Following the conceptual design, we refine and revise the project to tailor it precisely to your needs. This stage may involve additional renderings, 3D models, or construction plans & drawings to finalize the vision. We also refine the project budget by selecting specific materials, finishes, and options. Our Designer guides you through this process, ensuring you understand your choices and associated costs. By working collaboratively through revisions, we finalize the design, scope, and budget, ensuring all your needs are met before implementation.

Contracts / Approvals / Permitting

Once we've meticulously crafted and finalized your bespoke design, defined the scope, and aligned on the budget, we transition seamlessly into the implementation phase. To initiate this, we present you with a comprehensive contract that encapsulates the fixed price for the agreed-upon scope of work.

Upon receiving your signed contract, we take the reins of the permitting and approval process. Our experienced team manages every intricate detail, ensuring all necessary approvals are secured from the relevant authorities before we embark on bringing your vision to life. Bringing It to Life

With permits and approvals obtained, we schedule a pre-construction meeting. We cover all necessary details to ensure a smooth project, including the construction schedule, overall timeline, and preferred communication methods. During the remodel, your project manager provides daily updates and regular communication, ensuring a seamless and stress-free process. Our designers and expert craftsmen work in harmony to bring your vision to life.

Project Completion

Upon project completion, we meet with you on-site to walk you through your new space. We ensure you understand all features, functions, and necessary maintenance to keep your remodel looking beautiful for years to come.
