The dining room was opened to the living room, creating a more generous and connected gathering space, while the kitchen was completely redesigned with a fresh, contemporary approach. A former laundry room was transformed into a new bathroom, and the laundry was strategically relocated to the hallway near the home’s three additional bedrooms—placing it in a more central and convenient location for daily use.

The home’s existing floors were refinished to restore their warmth and character, complemented by new interior paint and updated light fixtures throughout. Together, these details bring a sense of continuity and refinement to each space while preserving the inviting feel of the home.
